Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is faulty or the error is ours
How to Return an Item

- We'll confirm the return address and next steps
- Once we receive and inspect your parcel, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, to the original payment method used
Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the product. We'll offer you a refund or a free replacement, at no extra cost.
Exceptions
Used, customer-damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible for a refund.
