  • No question is too small

    Not sure which shade suits you? Worried it will not sit right on your skin? Ask before you buy. We would rather help you choose than sell you the wrong one.

  • If something went wrong, tell us

    Damaged parcel, wrong shade, or you simply changed your mind — we will walk you through it. Our Refund Policy sets out your options, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law sit on top of it.

  • We tell you what we know

    If we are not sure about something, we say so rather than guess. If a delay is on us, we say that too. You will not get a script.
